Looking good. I have 2 carts i built out of mechanics tool chest, I like the storage but they are just to big. I like your prototype, just needs handles to move it around with and hooks for leads. With 3 machines on it there will be a lot of power cords and welding leads, may be some problems with that many cords and leads. Every time you want to use a machine you have to untangle leads, I know because I have a welder and plasma cutter on 1 of my carts, even with separate hooks it is still messy to get 1 machine going.
