I just ordered my 30×60 table and can’t wait to get started on it! Also got the caster leg kit and a handful of the 20” extension squares so I can flex the envelope when I need extra support. This is going to be a HUGE upgrade for my garage and hopefully enable some cool opportunities!

I’ll post some progress and final pictures here once I get my hands on it.

I called in with some questions before I ordered and John talked me through everything. He’s a helluva nice guy and really passionate about his products! I still can’t believe the owner of the company was so eager to talk to some rando about his process and products that in depth, it really gave me confidence to pull the trigger!

My package arrived earlier this week and I made some decent progress! The heat has been brutal so work has been a little slow…

The TMW flat pack pallet is a tidy little package, no problem having all my other crap in the way and still getting the wife’s car in the garage. Everything looks great, quality materials and no damage in shipping.

Fit up was pretty easy, just had to knock down the dross around the edges and rib paths.

Adjusting for flat was a little more of a PITA. To be clear it started great, less than 5 thou in the “X” and “Y” direction, but had a bit of a twist in the diagonal, around ~12 thou.

After a lot of hammering and some strategic pry bar I got it down to about 7 thou. Very pleased with that for a DIY deal and just hope it holds through welding! Going to go very slow and deliberate.

Got the 144 rib-to-top “large” tacks done and then ran out of gas… The external rib plug welds and legs are going to have to wait. So far everything has gone smooth and is very DIY-er friendly! I’m very happy with the quality of the kit and instructions, cant wait to finish!

Hey John, I tried posting a reply with some updates and pictures but it just disappeared when I clicked submit. Any idea what’s going on or if I’m doing something wrong? Maybe needs review because of the pics? Thanks!

That’s super weird! I’m not aware of any issues, but I’ll let our tech guys know and have them look into what might have happened and get back to you. I can’t wait to see the updates! So we’ll figure it out so you can actually get it updated!

Looks like it shook loose, thank you! I’ve got some work to do on the pictures, will try again tonight.

I don’t know why the images from imgur didn’t embed correctly unless they are blocking cross-site embeds now. But I edited your post by grabbing the images and just uploading them here as well so it’s all good!

Having said that – the top looks great! Good job!!! Can’t wait for you to get the mounting plates and legs on it so you can start using it to build some cool stuff!!! I mean, not that building the table isn’t cool. 😉 But once that’s done, it’ll be amazing to see all the projects you’re going to do on it afterwards!!!
