In case anyone is working on a design for laser cut parts where you’d like to incorporate L-Track slots to accommodate tie downs, and all of the other L-Track accessories, here’s how you create the design for the slots.

I would also advise very small fillets at each of the sharp angles. This will speed up the laser cutting, as well as smooth off the sharp points to be easier on tool usage, and potential for scratched fingers.

In case you’re not quite certain which type of system L-track is, here’s a pic to help clear it up since there are many types of tie-down systems.
